Chapter 6
Waking up the next day with his powers renewed, Rostam uses Scry again, hoping to find the one he seeks: Hampus, the Undead Knight. If he is to succeed in his quest, then he must find them and claim Shamshir-e ZomorrodnegÄr before it's too late. The Scry spell shows him that the siblings are approaching the cave where Fulad-zereh is. Along with them an entire Legion of undead accompanies them.
Breaking him from his reverie, Damianos asks, âDid you find them?â
Rostam opens his eyes and nods. âThey are near, the cave that the Zombie Lord spoke of isn't far away from here. If I depart now, I might be able to catch up with them.â
âWeâll be coming with you,â Azar tells him, giving him a decisive look. âWeâve been through this from the start.â
Damianos doesnât seem willing to return either, but if they come with him, he knows too well they wonât survive the quest. If it werenât for him, they would have perished in the Tomb of Amir Arsalan-e Namdar. âLeave, return to Coropassus,â Rostam orders them, using Command, a 1st Tier Spell that forces the target to follow his command. Compared to Geas however, he cannot issue multiple commands, neither the target receives a psychic damage if he refuses.
Bewitched, almost as if they don't believe at what they were doing, the duo mounts their horses and leave without saying anything.

Rostam has been tested and has reached the limits of human endurance. Now, he has to face his stiffest challenge: Fulad-zereh, the demon who once commanded this place. The screams of the undead fill his ears and his horse whines and snorts frightened. Using Divine Sense, he feels the clang of steel from the fighting ahead.
To his surprise, Rostam understands that there are two undead factions, each fighting against the other. Could it be Fulad-zereh had undead minions guarding his sacred hideout? Reaching the battlefield, a few undead turn at his direction momentarily, only to ignore him and continue their battle.
Rotting soldiers fighting other undead soldiers, the place a perfect pandemonium of death with Hampus and Sanaz at the center. The opposing faction would overwhelm Hampusâ battalion, but using the Amulet of Sphere, the Undead Knight is able to turn the tide to his favor, making the battle evenly matched.
Watching closely as the battle continues it's clear now to Rostam that the undead army that has engaged in a fierce battle with Hampus belong to the Undead King, Sarpedon himself. It seems that Sarpedon considers this one a bigger threat than Rostam could have ever imagined. Could it be that the legends are true and the one who claims the head of the legendary demon will become invincible? If that is true, then he should take action now and take advantage of the chaos.
Calling forth his powers, He thinks of using a couple of spells but then dismisses the thought. If he is to succeed, he will need all his spells till the time he fights against the legendary demon and the Undead Knight.
